Every step is recorded
Handmade works require time for inspection, mounting confirmation, and professional packaging. We explain dispatch preparation, destination transit, and aftercare separately.
This period does not include transit to the destination. Arrival time varies by region, customs clearance, and carrier.
Bespoke work, remounting, and special packaging require more time; the schedule follows the commission agreement confirmed by both parties.

Handwork leaves differences,
record protected works
The thangka paintings and related crafts on the website are all handmade. Reasonable line, color, fabric and mounting differences are part of the material and manual process and do not equate to shipping damage.
Before dispatch, the work number, certificate, accessories and status image will be checked, and the lining, cushioning, moisture-proof and outer box solutions will be selected according to the size and destination.
Packaging is not something external to the work, it is part of the delivery.
Order confirmation
Ready-made orders enter shipping preparation after payment, delivery details, and the condition of the work have been confirmed. If remounting, revised packaging, or additional export documentation is required, we will explain the added time in advance.
Packaging and condition records
The works, certificates and attachments are fixed separately; necessary images are retained before and after packaging. Large or fragile pieces may come in custom-made outer boxes.
Insured transportation and signature
Where feasible, use delivery methods that are traceable and declared at an agreed value. Please check the outer packaging when signing for it, and keep photos and carrier records in case of abnormalities.
After-sales and return application
If there is any mis-shipment, transportation damage, or obvious discrepancy with the written order, please contact us as soon as possible after signing for it and keep the original packaging. The treatment plan is confirmed based on evidence, applicable laws and official transaction documents.
Customized and Special Works
Bespoke works, personalised subjects, custom dimensions, and completed special mountings are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns for ready-made items. This does not exclude quality issues or failure to fulfil the agreed order.
