CERTIFICATE & PROVENANCE
Let a work
Have a clear origin
We put the work's identity, production information, materials, dimensions, images and delivery records in one readable archive. The certificate is a brand record document and is not equivalent to the conclusion of a third-party appraisal.
A RECORD, NOT A CLAIM
Records can be viewed,
can also be continued to be supplemented
The certificate is first of all a work identification card. It helps collectors distinguish works, verify deliverables, and find underlying information for future preservation, framing, or circulation.
Unverified heritage, artist biographies, or religious institution endorsements will not be entered into formal fields; when information is updated, the revision date and basis should be retained.
Recording a work is not about creating a legend for the work.
Work ID card
The name of the work, English name, unique number, subject matter, creation year, work form and current status together constitute the basic identification information.
Creator and Production Records
Only information confirmed by the creator or authorized party is recorded, including name, studio, cooperation methods and necessary production nodes. No fictitious teacher or religious inheritance is allowed.
Materials and dimensions
Record the core and mounting dimensions, substrate, pigments, cementing materials, gold tracing, and mounting methods respectively, so that preservation suggestions can be based on specific materials.
image and status
Complete front, partial details, mounting and pre-delivery condition images form visual references. The date of the image and the conditions under which it was taken should be retained.
Circulation and delivery
Order, packaging, shipping, receipt and subsequent maintenance records can continue to be attached, but the brand records will not be packaged into the conclusions of a government, religious institution or independent appraisal agency.
